Glebelands School is seeking to appoint a Lead Teacher of Music, to join us for September 2025. We are looking for an exceptional practitioner who can deliver high-quality learning opportunities for our students and dynamically lead a real strength area in the school. The current post holder has built a fantastic department and curriculum so you would be able to build upon what is already exceptionally strong foundations.
Due to the size of the school, you would deliver all music lessons across the school in addition to working closer with the Lead Teacher of Drama on our Performing Arts curriculum. We have a strong team ethos and believe in working collaboratively, sharing ideas and supporting each other to achieve great things and see this as the key to further developing high quality education for our students. We place huge value on extra-curricular opportunities and would support the new lead in continuing the strong provision in this area.
